Kerry Snyder – Populytics Kerry Snyder is the Director of Health Informatics for Populytics, Inc., a population health management and analytics firm which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). In this role, he directs the client data management and custom applications development functions. Kerry has spent the past 10 years with LVHN and Populytics. Prior to his director position, he was a Manager of Health Information Technology for LVHN. Before transitioning to healthcare, Kerry worked for 20 years in the telecommunications industry in the fields of manufacturing engineering and software engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University. He also has a Master of Computer Science from Kutztown University.
