Robert McConville is the Director of Population Health for Intermountain Healthcare, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In support of Intermountain’s shift toward population-based payment, Robert is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies to engage patients, redesign care, and align financial incentives. Prior to joining Intermountain, Robert completed an administrative fellowship at The University of North Carolina Healthcare and worked as a health services researcher for Sheps Center for Health Services Research. Robert has extensive experience working with government agencies, academic medical centers, payers, and healthcare providers. He has provided support in strategic planning, community care coordination, network development, hospital and clinic acquisition, and operations efficiency.
Robert earned a BA and MHA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Robert and his wife, Dr. Sarah McConville, live in Salt Lake City, Utah.
