Brian Marcotte (NBGH) Mr. Brian Marcotte has been Chief Executive Officer and President of National Business Group On Health since May 01, 2014. Mr. Marcotte serves as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at Honeywell. He joined Honeywell in 1993 as director, group insurance programs in corporate human resources and has held various corporate and business positions. Prior to joining Honeywell, he had responsibility for Marriott Corporation’s health care programs where he was instrumental in implementing managed care on a nationwide basis. He also worked as a consultant for Health Management Strategies in Washington, DC. Mr. Marcotte serves as a Member of Advisory Board of BENU, Inc. and Castlight Health, Inc. He is a graduate assistant for two years with Blue Cross of Northern Ohio while working towards a Master of Science and Education degree at the University of Toledo. He earned a BS in health and biology from Rhode Island College.
