Carlos Higuera-Rueda – Dr. Higuera is currently a staff surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic Adult Reconstruction Center, where he divides his time between research and patient care. He is also the Vice Chair for Quality and Patient Safety at the Orthopaedic and rheumatologic Institute. He completed residency at the Cleveland Clinic and a clinical fellowship at the Rothman Institute, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
