Ms. Burstein is the Product Manager for HCI³’s ECR Analytics software and as such is responsible for the ongoing development of the program while ensuring that it continues to meet its end-users’ needs. She is also the subject matter expert for the ECR Analytics rule sets. Previously, Ms. Burstein has also supported various bundled payment implementations and Bridges to Excellence programs and managed the intake and transmission of provider performance data.

Before joining HCI³, Ms. Burstein worked in the Office of Corporate Compliance at New York-Presbyterian Hospital on a diverse range of projects to effectively develop, implement and manage the hospital’s Compliance and HIPAA programs, as well as at PricewaterhouseCooopers on various employer benefits consulting engagements.

Ms. Burstein received her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her Masters Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management from the State University of New York at Albany.
