6C: How Quality Networks are Accelerating Momentum in APM Adoption

As  delivery systems across the country increasingly adopt alternative payment models (APMs), how are their efforts changing their organizational cultures and structures? This session will look at the experiences, progress, and emerging best practices of institutions that are developing, or that anticipate developing, APMs. The session will also explore the effects of factors such as quality measures and bundled payments on the internal organization and work processes of the organizations represented on the panel.
