11D: Data Sharing: Accelerating and Aligning Population-Based Payment Models

This session will feature PBP Work Group members addressing how data exchange among providers, payers, patients and purchasers is essential for the success of population-based payment models. The panel will discuss the initial draft recommendations made by the PBP Work Group framed around two types of data: patient-specific data sharing to enable point of care patient service improvement and aggregate-level data sharing to allow comparisons and assessments of outcomes for patient populations. Participants will have an opportunity to offer feedback on the initial draft recommendations.

Participants will gain an understanding of the Work Group recommendations. Gather feedback for session participants on the initial draft recommendations.
