Kelly Crosbie, MSW, LCSW is the Chief Quality Officer for NC Medicaid Division of Health Benefits. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all Quality Improvement and Population Health Programs that use advanced payment models and other population health interventions to improve health outcomes, promote health equity, and address medical and non-medical driver of care. Ms. Crosbie is a licensed clinical social worker and has over 20 years of leadership and executive experience in Medicaid and Health and Human Service programs. Kelly is an appointed member of the NC Institute of Medicine, the NCQA Public Sector Advisory Committee, the National Collaborative for Innovation in Quality Measurement (NCIQM) Advisory Panel, and she serves as Co-Chair of the CMS-sponsored Medicaid & CHIP Scorecard Technical Expert Panel (TEP).
