Adam Stavisky (Walmart) Adam Stavinsky, MA, joined Walmart in 2018 and is the Senior Vice President, US Benefits. Mr. Stavinsky is responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery of all benefits for the 1.5 million US associates across Walmart, Sam’s Club, and the ecommerce businesses. He works closely with leadership to ensure programs meet the needs of Walmart’s evolving businesses and workforce.
Prior to joining Walmart, Mr. Stavinsky spent more than 20 years building benefits consulting businesses at a number of leading national firms, including AonHewitt, Mercer, and Fidelity Investments. In those roles, he sold and led strategic reviews at many Fortune 500 companies. In building businesses, he championed a trusting culture that enabled team members to deliver their best.
Mr. Stavinsky also serves on the Board of Directors of ERIC, the ERISA Industry Committee, and is a member of the .406 Ventures Healthcare Executive Council.
Mr. Stavinsky earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Northwestern University and his master’s degree in mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
