Quality measurement in full accountability APMs require special considerations, due to the economic incentives for providers in these arrangements. This session will explore the considerations of payers when designing quality measurement systems for full accountability APMs. It will also explore provider perspectives on quality accountability in APMs with financial risk, as well as the internal quality measurement systems they use to maintain high standards of care in these models.
