Jacqueline Kueser currently provides oversight for the data and payment model development for the Association’s $23 million CARE Award funded by CMMI. This effort builds on her previous efforts evaluating accountable care and payment reform within the research and development arm of the Association. Jacqueline has over  twenty years of experience in strategic analysis of children’s hospitals market trends and the analysis of the complex care population in support of child legislative advocacy and research.  Jacqueline previously served as an ex Officio member of the Advisory Council for the PRIS network which conducts comparative effectiveness analyses for the PHIS hospitals.

Jacqueline began her career at CHCA in 1994 as the Director with The Child Health Institute, where her responsibilities included pediatric economic and strategic analysis.

Jacqueline has a Masters of Health Care Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
