Ashley Weber (Humana) Ashley Weber is a Corporate Strategy Lead with Humana, Inc. She is part of Humana’s Bold Goal team, working to develop population health strategy and integrate these strategies into the fabric of our enterprise operating model. Ashley’s work is centered on the development and execution of pilots and initiatives with a primary focus around the Medicare population who receives Social Security Disability. She’s been with Humana since 2009, holding various roles related to member health and well-being education and care management. Before coming to the Bold Goal team she worked on the Quality Improvement and Stars Maximization team, developing initiatives to improve HEDIS measures. Ashley started her career in the public sector, first as a Wellness Coordinator and later as a Public Health Educator for local county government in Tennessee. She holds a B.S. in Community and Public Health and a Master of Public Administration with a Healthcare Administration focus. Though she’s lived in many parts of the country as part of a military family, she’s called Louisville home since 2008. She lives there with her husband, Josh, and two daughters, Alexandra and Olivia.
