*Laura Mortimer (CMS) Laura Mortimer is Policy Analyst at the CMS Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). She works on policy development under the MACRA statute and is a member of the Oncology Care Model team. She is responsible for healthcare payment model development, program implementation and analysis, multi-payer alignment, Medicare claims data analysis, application review, and stakeholder relationships. Prior to joining CMS, Laura managed community-based health initiatives providing access to affordable care. Laura received her MPP from the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University and her BA from Amherst College.
