Katie Pierson (Anthem) Katie Pierson is the Director of Program Operations and Management in the Provider Solutions organization of the Clinical Solutions Division at Anthem. She is responsible for the development and implementation of value based provider payment programs across Anthem markets. Her team also manages value based contract development and overall program operations management for Anthem’s Enhanced Personal Health Care Program. Katie has worked in the health insurance industry for nearly 25 years. In prior roles, Katie held various strategy implementation, contracting, and operational roles. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University at Albany and a Master of Business Administration degree from Marist College.
