Jacqueline Adams (University of Arizona Health Plans) Jacqueline Adams, BSN, RN, CSBI is the Senior Manager of Innovation and Collaborative Care for the University of Arizona Health Plans, a Banner Health affiliated Medicaid managed care organization in Tucson, Arizona. There, Jacque leads the value-based partnership team in creating high-value Triple Aim relationships with provider groups across the state. Among these is the Oncology Care Model with the University of Arizona Cancer Center, testing the CMMI design within a Medicaid population. Prior to this, Jacque worked in care delivery across several specialties where she led a variety of clinical improvement initiatives. She serves on Banner’s Affordability Imaginarium, a design laboratory to improve care for those with fewest resources, and is currently completing a Master’s in Healthcare Administration.
