Meghann Hardesty (HRHCare) Meghann Hardesty is the Executive Director of the CBHCare IPA, an independent practice association jointly founded by HRHCare and set of 9 behavioral health organizations for purposes of integrating primary care and behavioral health and as a vehicle for value-based contracting. Prior to joining HRHCare, Meghann served as Vice President of Programs for the regional health information organization in New York’s Hudson Valley and prior to that as the Associate Director of Administration for a Federally Qualified Health Center. Meghann holds a Master of Public Administration with a Health Policy concentration from Baruch College. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Vassar College, where she graduated cum laude.
