Antonio Beltran (Trinity Health) Tony was previously the Executive Director of Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center and the First Deputy Commissioner for the Chicago Department of Public Health. Tony received his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He is currently pursuing his Ed.D. from Northeastern University.
