The State Innovation Models (SIM) initiative has awarded test and design funds over two funding rounds to 38 states, territories, and the District of Columbia. SIM makes available a toolkit of resources for state partners to solve common, pressing issues within the health care payment and delivery system. Panelists from SIM Round 2 Test states of Colorado, Michigan, Rhode Island, and Tennessee will discuss how SIM has enabled and accelerated delivery system reform, in particular how SIM has supported state efforts and state flexibility through stakeholder engagement, technical assistance, and coordination with other federal initiatives.
