Gabrielle Schechter (CMS) Gabrielle Schechter, MPH, is the Care Delivery Transformation & Communications lead of the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) model at CMMI. Before joining CMS, Gabrielle worked in women’s health research and policy at Harvard University and SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Gabrielle received her MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health and BS from Georgetown University.
