Matthew Press (CMS) Matthew Press, MD, MSc is Senior Advisor and Medical Officer in the Office of the Director of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation at CMS. He is a board-certified general internist and was previously a clinician-investigator at Weill Cornell Medical College, where his research focused on care coordination. He received his medical degree from Brown University and completed his internal medicine residency and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
