Alison Falb (CMS) Alison Falb is a Public Health Analyst in the Patient Care Models Group in the CMS Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). She is currently working on policy development under the MACRA statute. She also works on the Bundled Payments for Care Improvement (BPCI) initiative and the Oncology Care Model (OCM). She has a background in health law, employee benefits, and Medicare. Alison has a J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University and a B.A. in Psychology from Brown University.
