Marni Bussel (State of IA) Marni Bussell joined Iowa Medicaid Enterprise in 2010, she is the Project Director for the State Innovation Model (SIM) grant for the Medicaid office and leads health home, HIT, and Value Based Payment initiatives. She has over sixteen years of experience in health information technology, working on both state and national level projects. She earned her Project Management Professional certification in 2009.
