Project Director, Health Care Dynamics International (HCDI)

Ms. Kelley-Adevor serves as a Senior Project Manager at Health Care Dynamics International (HCDI), overseeing a variety of quality improvement contracts. Most recently, she is working on the development and implementation of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contract, Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative Support and Alignment Network. Her contract oversight has focused on developing and implementing quality improvement projects that address health disparities of underserved populations, health disparities data analysis and reporting, social marketing resources, and technical assistance activities for Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) during 9th-11th Scopes of Work. In addition, she is responsible for providing support, establishing and maintaining federal, state and national partnerships with key public health, clinical experts and special population local stakeholders to support these quality improvement efforts. Over the years, Ms. Kelley-Adevor has provided leadership support to and provided support on behalf of the QIO community.

Ms. Kelley-Adevor also served as the Deputy Project Director/Senior Public Health Manager with the National Eye Institute, National Institutes of Health, and National Glaucoma Education Communication Program. She managed a team that translated science and emerging research findings into local eye health programs, activities, and health promotion efforts with NEI. In conjunction with CMS, she implemented a comprehensive social marketing and communications campaign targeting African Americans and Hispanics/Latinos, aged 50+ at risk for glaucoma to use a new Medicare benefit. With this data, she determined the target audience’s media usage patterns, health care patterns, key communications vehicles, and key designated market areas. Also in this role, she managed a national community based grants (Healthy Vision Community Awards Program) operation that funded numerous grants per year.
