5C: Inside APM Implementation: Developing Payment Relationships Between Payers and Providers

In this session, panelists, including leadership from CAPG, will share highlights from its recently released Guide to Alternative Payment Models. The report provides real-world insights into how APMs work — and how provider organizations and physicians who have adopted them have successfully transitioned to risk-based coordinated care. Additional speakers in this Summit panel will be representatives from some of the organizations highlighted in the guide and they will offer insight for both provider groups and individual clinicians on how best to work with payers to implement APMs.
