4H: Health Care Transformation Task Force: Current Transformation Business Strategies and Challenges

During this session, Jeff Micklos and other key members from the Health Care Transformation Task Force will share the results of its recent membership survey. This survey measured the progress Task Force members have made in their respective adoption of APMs and efforts to transform the delivery of health care in the U.S. The survey also included questions about where and how members are deploying their financial and workforce resources to achieve the vision of the Task Force. This session will include a discussion of models the survey has identified as holding the most promise for achieving the vision of transforming the health care system into one focused on value and quality of care rather than volume.
