The LAN is delighted to announce that former Utah Governor Mike Leavitt will be a keynote speaker at the 2016 Fall LAN Summit. Governor Leavitt is the founder and chairman of Leavitt Partners and a committed advocate for value-based health care. In 2003, after serving three consecutive gubernatorial terms, he joined the cabinet of President George W. Bush, first as leader of the Environmental Protection Agency (2003-2005) and then as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (2005-2009). While at HHS, Governor Leavitt led the successful implementation of the Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Program.
