The first LAN Work Group, the Alternative Payment Models Framework and Progress Tracking Work Group is set to release a draft of the Alternative Payment Models Framework in early October. Sam Nussbaum, Work Group Chair, will review the Work Group’s objectives, summarize the methodology used to develop the Framework, and discuss the Framework and White Paper findings. Nussbaum will be joined by Work Group members who will discuss the Work Group’s findings as well as case studies with specific examples of payment strategies and how they fit into the overall Framework.

In order to further clarify the classification of individual APMs, case studies will be used to exemplify each of the categories and subcategories in the APM Framework, with a starting set included in the appendix.
