2F: Health Care Transformation Task Force: A Collaborative Approach to Delivery System Transformation

In this session, representatives of the Health Care Transformation Task Force, a consortium of patients, payers, providers and purchasers, will explain their mission and commitment to have 75 percent of their respective businesses in value-based payment arrangements by 2020 and how they are working to achieve that goal. Presenters will also address practical challenges that Task Force members are experiencing in their efforts to adopt these new payment arrangements, and how those challenges are driving Task Force efforts to produce stakeholder consensus on policies and best practices that can help foster broad scale movement to value-based payment.
