National Safety Net Advancement Center (SNAC) at ASU School of Medicine

Commitment Statement:

The National Safety Net Advancement Center (SNAC) at Arizona State University School of Medicine is excited to be a committed partner of the Health Care Payment Learning and Action Network (LAN).  Over the next year, SNAC will disseminate LAN’s mission and goals in the following ways:

1. SNAC will share relevant LAN resources on its online resource center (safetynet.asu.edu).
2. SNAC will incorporate the LAN APM framework, and other LAN content, into original materials produced by the center.
3. SNAC will fund 6 safety net organizations to pursue payment and care delivery implementation projects. LAN concepts will be incorporated into the selection of grantees.
4. SNAC will lead 6 virtual learning collaboratives consisting of 56 health care safety net participants. LAN resources will be incorporated into the learning collaboratives.
