Abby Milloy (Elevance) As staff VP of Value Based Solutions, Abby Milloy is responsible for leading strategy and market planning for Elevance Health as the organization works to bring value based care to its nearly 50 million consumers nationwide. Among other things, she is accountable for identifying innovative partners and new value-based care arrangements to drive better outcomes for Elevance Health members.
Before joining Elevance Health in May 2022, Abby led the development and execution of health strategy for Best Buy, including integration of health equity into the Best Buy Health Strategy. Previously, she led network and contracting strategy for government and commercial lines of business at Health Care Services Corporation.
Prior to earning both an MBA and MPH from the University of Illinois Chicago, Abby obtained an undergraduate degree in Latino Health Advocacy – and started her career as a bilingual health advocate for cancer patients at the LIVESTRONG Foundation.
Personally, Milloy has been long been active in supporting and mentoring young women. Today, she resides in in Chicago with her husband and her dog. She serves on the UIC Alumni Board, focused on bolstering career advancement and networking opportunities for UIC graduates.
